    Default Motor Service/Repair Location

I am looking for a place to work on my 150hp Mercury Optimax. I am located near Harrison Bay State Park. Help in guiding me to a reliable shop would be appreciated.
    Thanks, JayW

    GO BIG ORANGE !

I meant to behave, but there were just way too many other options available at the time.

Thanks for the suggestions for the outboard. I also think I need a new foot pedal for my minn-kota. Who works on everybody's trolling motor?

Swafford Trolling Motor in Friendsville, (865) 986-4455. He is good! I had fix my old trolling motor and then bought an I-Pilot from him and he installed. Mt brother had a problem with his trolling motor and we called him, he gave us some things to check and we were able to fix it ourselves. He knows his stuff.

I highly recommend Jimmy Courtney, Courtney Marine, Lenior City, TN. Jimmy is a good ole boy, shows up in a camo shirt and has one employee. Works out of a big metal building and is truly a craftsman. His prices are very good and his work is excellent. It can be a challenge getting in touch with him since he does not have a secretary, etc. but it is worth the effort.
