    Default Trip out today

Didn't pick anything up today. Not showing much crappie between 15-22ft on brushpiles. They are scattered out and lock jawed. Thanks to the sudden change in water temp. But the lower the water temp the better it's going to get I think. We need good steady weather patterns to get these fishing biting again. Water needs to be about 68 surface. It is 73 right now. But only caught 6 but no keepers. Slow slow bite. Anyone else having any luck?? Or is the same thing happening?

Went to Tellico yesterday and today this time of year I'm the worst crappie catcher ever but I'm trying to learn. Got 5 yesterday and 6 today but all were the famous Tellico 9 1/2. Water was 74 yesterday 72 this morning

Hopefully these cool nights is cooling down water and getting these crappie to move more... Hopefully this hurricane doesn't bring too much more rain. But its looking like it here in East Tennessee. But i hope to get out there and see whats happening.
