I live about 5 miles from the lake. I have been using the lake to test out the pondtoon I put together. It is a perfect lake for my pondtoon.

Any good size on the gills and crackers?

Oh yeah. I caught some small crappie while trolling between beds. I just figured they needed a little more time to get some size to em.

I been hankering to put a eyeball on your pondtoon.

We fished the new lake once last year and caught a ton of crappie, but they were all short. It was a lot of fun though. We'll go back again for sure.

Lake has very good gills and crackers but the 20 fish limit in combo makes it really not worth the trip. Don't know if they have upped the limit now or not.

I believe 20 crackers would fill my plate today. What is there lake fee's for out of county folks ?
