Thread: Reelfoot this weekend

I fished all day and while I didn't do great, only 7 crappie came home with me. I did catch several cats and strippers. Enough to keep me busy and happy. I talked to some who did pretty well but didn't see any limits. I spent much of my day hunting around rather then sitting with the flotilla and would probably have done better had I stayed with them. I did find actively feeding fish in 5 ft in one of my honey holes so they are starting to move towards the beds I think. I didn't find any in the trees though.

I haven't talked to but 1 person who has been catching them in the trees. The best report I got was 23 crappie in 6-8 ft of water slow trolling double rigs
