Default Another boat ramp etiquette story

When we came back to the Port Road ramp yesterday afternoon to load up, this fella had just loaded his boat on the trailer. It's a real purty boat and looked new. I'm sure he's very proud of it. He may be a real nice fella, too. But here's why his picture is on this thread today. While parked right there on the ramp he proceeded to put his tie downs on, his motor toter on, stow his gear, and then wipe down his boat. There's a whole parking lot at the top of the ramp that he could have pulled up to and completed this job. Rude, just plain rude.

We all have stories that have been in past posts, and there will be more to come. I agree that he was rude and self centered for doing that. Hopefully he gets right before the next trip.
