Depends on what part of the lake you're heading to, but Walton's, Bo's, Reelfoot Outdoors, Sportsmans south, or grey's if you're up north.

Agree with Josh depends on what side of lake your fishing, Waltons on east side and small store across from the armory always gives a good count on minnows. Cant think of the name right now but has alot of cypress knees out front.

There's also a little bait shop there in Tiptonville on the south side of the 4 way stop. I think that's a BP store next to it on the corner. I don't remember the name of it, but I stop in there quite a bit. The man and woman that run it are good people. The BP next door has license and all the other goodies you need.

I've also got minners at Bos (if I put in there) and at Waltons if I'm headed up towards Kirby. All of them have good minners!
