Douglas Crappie Club or Tourneys?
Is there anything like this around here? I primarily bass fish but with a little one growing up I'd like to check something out that when he is older we can get involved with.

Sorry, I'm a member of the Cherokee Bassmasters but don't know of any crappie clubs in this area.

Dont know of any clubs or tourneys on douglas takes a lot of work an time to do either one
If you want ill start a poll to see if there is enough interest to start something like this

Its been discussed before, but I dont think there are many that have the time to dedicate to it. We used to have a couple fish frys every year, but its a ton of work.

I forgot you crappie fished also. You been whacking them? I hope to get back out when the weather is better. Been on Douglas twice with 30 keepers the first and 8 or 9 the second time on tight line.

Now there is going to be tournaments on Douglas. East TN Crappie Club starts on July 12th. We will be fishing Douglas, tellico, and chickamauga. See Facebook page titled East TN Crappie Club. I am starting the club and if anyone has any questions please feel free to ask.
