    Default Reelfoot

Well I fished the foot for a few hours this afternoon, started out in bell stumps in 5 to 6 foot of water didnt get a bite so I went just se of green island point in 8 to 10 foot of water one stripe. Moved over just west of the point in 11 to 12 ft of water ended up catching five all bout three quarters of a lb no bigens. Caught em bout 6 to 8 ft down, wind picked up around 4:00 fought it for 30 min and decided to give up. Never the less it was a good cool evening to be on the water.

It looked like a beautiful day from the tractor and if I hadn't needed to knock down the fields for winter I would have been on the lake to!

I was out there from 2 till 5. yea wind picked up on me. I finished with 18..several nice ones. key yesterday was 13 ft of water 6' deep and you had to me moving fast. I was picking fish up at .4 mph. they wanted it fast. Also probably 30% of my fish where black crappie.

Whats the latest? I may try to drive over next week. Is water still up? Any stumps visible?
