Great job! and thanks for the photo's three Cokes up!
Fished from sun up until noon jigging trees in 4-6 ft of water. Bites where few and far between but when I caught them they were quality fish. Color of the day was chartreuse with silver flake on a hot pink jig.
I weighed the biggest 7 just to see and had a total of 9.58 pounds. Big fish was 1.83 . Not a bad morning.
When I cleaned them I did not find any eggs so I guess they have done their business.
A big thank you to Cracker for sharing a little knowledge that helped me find these fish

Nice looking fish Trey thanks for the report..
Good looking slabs!
Trey, I fished with my dad today and trolled in the deeper water with no luck. We then moved to the 7 to 8 ft water and caught them 4ft deep. It was very slow and the bites were lite, we only caught 7 and gave them to guy jigging trees. We talked to him for about 10 minutes he was having about the same luck jigging the trees, he said it was very slow for him also. I had a great morning fishing with my dad. The lake was flat most of the morning. Glad you had a good morning and caught some good fish.
