I had the pleasure of being able to fish Friday with my Dad. Reelfoot is really low and had dropped to 10.06 as of today. My old buddy Allen has been showing me how to jig them stumps!!We were doing pretty good until the wind picked up and I hit a stump that was below the surface and busted my trolling motor. I was very proud to catch this Crappie and we ended up with 15 but had to leave after I busted the troling motor. I have always been a trollimg man but you just can't beat that thump when your holding that pole in your hand. I have learned a lot from my crappie.com friends and I Thank Each and Everyone of You. Well got the parts on order from Minnkota so I'll back in business before long.

The lake is really low right now hard to unload at some of the ramps. I was fishing in 7ft of water and catching them 4ft deep.Originally Posted by rrtii
