    Default Great Day On Priest


    Whooo Weee!!! we lit them up today. we caught around 53 fish. had 35 keepers. 4 line breakers and about 18 misses and get offs. caught fish better today than i ever have on priest. 2-3ft of water 18-22inches deep. Steve's(Rudy) still cleaning them as we speak. All on Minnows. tried a jig but the minnow bite was so fast and furious i couldnt fish the jig so i took it out the water. Had a great time. Thank you Lord for a fun and exciting day.

    Wow you got a nice mess right there for sure, Petie! Looks like you caught about all the keeper crappies in Percy Priest Lake. I sure am happy for you that you were able to get out there and bring so many home.

    I'm gonna try to get out this weekend. My 11 year old niece is coming up fro Gerogia and she loves to fish. So we're gonna go try to snag a few. Wish us luck!

    Caught 35 yesterday afternoon on Priest with 18 keepers floating a minnow under a bobber. This next week is gonna be good if this cold front doesn't screw them up.
