    thats wild, 2 saturdays ago i was fishing in the deep water off green island point in 0 wind, and there was a current moving back towards the spillway, my neighbors have reported the same thing, however, we have rain in the forecast next week so we'll see, but the fishing has been great!! i'm gonna pass this along to everyone i know though, thanks.

    I would sure like to see where he has gotten his info. Dewatering/Well Pointing is a VERY common practice and without a doubt the Contractor had planned on having to do this from the start. Anytime you are excavating near a body of water or where the water table is going to be breached it must be done. Look at any Lake in this region and you can see the effects of the drought. Every lake in West TN is extrememly low.

    Yeap I just got lesson on this from a friend and I have to agree with him. You are correct and the good Lord will bring rain we he sees fit to bring the lake level back up.

    TN does have a drought management program.....Been to a meeting before...Didn't understand what they were talking about.
