    2 cups self-rising cornmeal
    1 cup self-rising flour
    1 tsp garlic salt
    1 tsp white pepper
    1 tsp black pepper
    Frank's hot sauce

Marinate fillets overnight in frig with Franks hot sauce. Mix other ingredients in a bowl. Remove fillets from hot sauce marinade, shaking off the excess, and roll in the dry ingredients. Deep fry at 360-375F.
Have you ever used another hot sauce? I have never seen Franks in my area. Congrats!

Hey Charger, you can find Frank's Hot sauce at Wal-mart. I just picked up some there last week, hope you enjoy it, It's better than anyother hot sauce I've tried.
