    It has a lot of crappie in it they are just small for the most part. I have seen some poeple pull some nice ones out of there at some tournements but I do not know what part of the lake they fished at. But if the lake is close to you it's worth a short trip to get a mess of small ones. And if you start catching some slabs out of it let me know where they are hidding.
    Thanks for the info. Are you familiar with other Spartanburg County resevoirs? Silver Lake, Berry's Pond, Lake Blalock?

    Yeah, there are quite a few worthy spots in Crowe creek. Usually, for me the bite doesn't pick up in that area until about three hours after dark. And I agree, it has been way too hot!! Can't wait till the end of the month and these water temps start dropping.

    Do not know anything about Silver lake or Berrys pond. Blalock has some good crappie fishing at the mud creek inlet.
