if anyone can rotate pic, go for it and thanks
put in at big Allison (which is now a park operated by a park ranger that "opens" at 7 am - Guess this is a sign of the times that you cannot access the ramp until they are open. Once I got in, I saw that at least 50 boats were already inside the gate. So I guess we now need a "night access card" to go fishing at 6 am, ok)
Trolled curly tail jigs with minnows and hair jigs with minnows at .06-.08.mph. Caught around 50-60 total and kept 25 to eat. Fished the midlake area and fish were mostly about half way back in the creek
if the pic works, this was the biggest fish, 15 inches and 2.0 pounds on the nose

That’s a good day. Did you notice if the bite was better with a minnow tipped jig or just a jig?? Curious!! Not surprised by the slow trolling speed. Casting to schools most days they wanted it slow. Got a friend that was casting to schools with a minnow tipped jig and they ate it up. He said they were more aggressive.
