I read in this morning's paper that Copperhead is the only one closed. I talked to someone who heard from someone's friend:rolleyes: that if it drops anymore they will close more ramps.
the ramp on the far right as you face em was the deepest ramp back yonder, just out of my memories reach, when the water was so low. when i unloaded the beast i had to be real careful as to when i stopped backing so the wheels wouldnt drop off the end of the ramp. even then id have to push the boat off the trailer as it wouldnt float free.

On July 30 the lake level was down 4.7 feet. This morining (Aug 5) it is now down 5.3 feet. That is about 7 inches. Think I will be staying home and saving a lot of frustration and perhaps a lot of equipment. A few hamburgers is a lot cheaper than damaged trailers.
