Sure does look good.
I always thought the only way to cook crappie was to fry 'em but tonight I tried my hand at blackening them. I used Tony Chacheres original Creole seasoning and paprika cooked in butter. Man! Might not replace fried but blackening sure was delicious and I know it wont be my last time eating these.
