Thread: Lake secession

I fish it some and never had any problems so far. The only ramp I use is the one by the bridge can't remember the road name.

Thank you , I’m gonna try to go over and catch some crappie but I have never even seen the lake !

It is a beautiful little lake and full of small crappie and bass. We usually start right around the bridge and just pull jigs. Good luck

I know when I have drove past the lake when it was pulled down there were massive stumps everywhere. I have no idea what the water level would have to be for those to be a navigation issue but be cautious.

The other thing to note is the lake was drawn way way down recently for work on the dam. I think it is back up now. No idea what kind of impact that had on the fishing. I know people that use to kill the crappie over there long lining prior to that draw down, haven't heard any reports since. Usually drawdowns are really good for a lake's health if the fish stocks survive it.
