Glad you guys were able to get back on the water and had a good trip.
Uncle Remus has been off the water for almost two months. I too have not been on a day trip since he and I fished last. But yesterday we broke the spell and met up at 7 am at Ebenezer Park for a half day trip of whatever bites. Managed to put 50 perch in the live well along with two crappies. We threw at least that many back to live for another day. I had my good luck nerve racker with me, "Henry" he has been at my house since Friday evening. Yep! He has me wound up as much as he is at 9 years old. Today, he goes home to his normal and back to schoolwork. He and his two brothers are home schooled and doing very well in their studies. Been fun but sometimes an old grumpy man needs a break from a fast-paced monkey butt like him. He's a good kid just to energy driven to keep up with. We all had a good time and caught fish and that's the main idea. Thanks Uncle Remus and Henry for a great day fishing. See you both soon!

Fish tremble at the sound of my name
No sir, I'm about 4 hours or so North from the Oscar fishing.
I wish I was closer to it though.
I'd like to fight a couple dozen of those hard fighters.
