Aug 27 9am at TJ's , putting it on the calendar now. How's the ole knee and rehab doing?

Just left PT doing pretty well, the swelling is the tuff part right now. I'm slow walking only because it feels like I've got a rachet strap wrapped tight around the knee. PT lady says normal. But she taped it up with some duct tape and it feels a little better.
I'm at 10 weeks she says it will take several more months for it to get to normal.

Just do what they tell you at PT and you'll be faster than bullets and trains and leaping tall buildings in no time.
