    Looks like I am going to be in the Newberry area for some time. I've heard a lot about Monticello as a catfish lake but wondering about the crappie fishing there. Any help would be appreciated.

    Check The Old Fisherman on Youtube. He has a bunch of videos of catching crappie there.
