thanks for the offer beagler but in light of the upcoming clash and the fear us sc nightstalkers have instilled in the ga team, i feel if any you guys got ahold of the beast beforehand, it might not resemble the beast as i now know it when i got it back.... :D

Default Boat leak in the Beast

Rango, you can probably try the JB weld and it might work well. The best solution is of course to have it welded. I'm afraid you'll always have the JB weld on your mind if it is not welded and fixed properly. Carl P.S. Could be one of those uglies came in contact with that hull. :D :D Listen to Ms. Kitty and her choice of rods, you should be fine. :p :p

Good luck with the JB Weld.....never was too good for me but maybe I didnt prep the holes good enough. Stuff never stuck for me.

As good a boat as you have I'd find somebody that could tig weld the aluminum if it was mine. Them naps at night wont feel too good next winter with a leak!

You've got several ways of fixing the leak in your Yacht.

    1. Go to Wally Wourld and get you a fiberglass repair kit in the automotive section. and follow directions. It will stick to the Aluminum.

    2. Go buy you a pack of Corks for $1.00 pick out the right size cork and drill the just alittle bit smaller then the cork then push the cork inside the hole.

    3. Bring your yacht to me and I will weld it. I have a stick welder a gas torches. The stick welder won't ark the aluminun, So I will have to gas weld it. I wonder if brazing rod sticks to aluminun. I'll do it free.
