    Default Wylie 4/14

Fished yesterday and committed to fishing brush. Launched at Ebenezer. Hadn’t fished the lower end in 3 months. Wind was tough early and hit 4-5 piles and had 3 fish. Wow it’s tuff. Finally picked up the pace and hit 24 piles and had 4-5 that were good ones. Final tally 44 and 13 over 10”. Released a 13 inch and a 12 3/4 inch that was really red like she was starting to lay out was was really fat with eggs. The 11 I cleaned were all female and egg sac still packed full. It was a fun day fishing the style I really enjoy.

Did you notice the temp in Big A & little A?? We were planning on trying the back end of Big A today but the wind was too much. Stayed in Beaverdam instead & caught about 25 crappies before 11.

Those are fish TB threw back after he milked them dry. He's working a new hybrid crappie so he can get that 4 pounder that he can't find! Glad you found a few also!
