    Default A nite Stalk?

Well here we go again ! After the great trip on NewYears Eve got some folks ready to brave the cold. Gonna splash bout 5:30 pm next Saturday from Ebenezer ramp. Gonna be chilly so put on your warm clothes and bring your portable heaters and come on out. Will fish till 11:00 or so. Will be for bragging rights again. If you ever wanted to try a nitestalk this is your chance. Dont say its to cold after you been sittin in a deer blind forever. Or duck huntin. Just dress proper and come on. Charge your batteries and get your headlamps on. Lets go fishin. Lot of big fish caught this time of year.

How 'bout some of you guys that have cameras take a few pictures of your setups during the nightstalk so the newbies to the night life gets an idea or three on how they can set up their boats. Besides, it would be nice seeing each others setups too.

Will try that Butch. Wish we could get more interest in it. Easy to get hooked on for sure.

I could use that too. Buying some lights for my Jon boat and would like to know where they'd be most useful.

John, if there is enough interest in showing different setups for night stalking it might be a good thing to start another sticky post explaining the whys and wheres about night fishing. I know it sure would help alot of people wanting to get into night stalking. I know there's ALOT of different options someone could use in setting up their boat with all the different kinds of lights (both submersible and overhead lights), anchors, heaters, rod holders, etc. available these days. It could be a pretty cool and useful thread.

Will try to get out tomorrow and see if I can get some pictures and try to explain what’s going on. But as you said everyone sets up different. But at least they will have a starting point..

Just start a new thread called "NightStalking" and you can stick it so everyone can add their setups to it. Maybe it will turn into a thread as interesting and informative as the long lining thread did.
