    Default Wateree striper search 12-13-21

Just like everyone else put in at Molly ramp and got on the water in the pea soup looking for a bite. Uncle Remus was the guide for the day and put us on a fish immediately and then it was wait and look. We marked fish but we weren't getting down deep enough to get bit. We fished same areas as everyone else but only ended up catching 5 small stripers. All of ours were found near Molly ramp in 25-26 foot of water. We brought home 7 stripers in which two were given to us from a couple of crappie dot commers who were heading in early. We saw TeamRookie and ofishlbizzness and Mr. Charles Biggers, you would have thought we had an event down there with the others added. LOL All in all it was fun but also tiring from getting up early to ride that far and catch something that stinks and ride back home fighting idiots on the road. Best part was seeing Uncle Remus after such a long dry spell of not fishing together and conversations of things of great concerns of the world. Glad to see everyone yesterday and hope to see you'll again before Christmas out on the water or anywhere. As usual, Sorry! Craig no pictures because you already know what strippers look like! I mean stripers. LOL

Thanks for yall's report dawgg. And glad you caught a few. Sure breaks the monotony of sitting in a deer stand day in and day out. Sorry you didnt get into them like some of the other fellas did but that's fishing. Next time yall just may be the top dawggs on the water.
Health nuts are going to feel stupid someday, lying in hospitals dying of nothing.

I enjoyed the day watching Uncle Remus handling the rods and giving directions. You are right it does beat sitting day in and day out in the deer stands. At 2.0 mph I couldn't quite feel the wind flapping my ears but I was a happy Dawgg sunning in the driver's seat.

Thank you for your report. I'm glad the captain put you on a few fish! But if my memory serves me right you were the one always asking for pictures.

I'll not mention yours or anyone's memory! Mine has left the building many years ago!

Good to see y’all! I mean really. Up till bout 9:30 - 10:00 we could hear people talking but couldn’t see em. Kinda scary waiting on that one idiot that runs WAO in that soupy mess. Good to see all the CDC folks out looking. DByers was out there cat fishing. Was a bit slow but that’s fishing. Tell the puddin lady I will get her plate back this weekend. Had to take day off after eating all that. Will see ya soon.
