Got off to late start this morning. Put in at Molly creek. Started fishing about 8 but did not catch anything till about 8:30. Wow, once we found fish it was on. Fast acton till about 11 on live herrring from jimmy Jones. Down lines & free lines both worked. Ran thru 4 dozen herring & 2 dozen shinners too quick. After that, we pulled A rigs for a while. Caught 4 trolling a rigs. We hooked & lost way more fish than we got to the boat.

Lots of boats & birds around colonel creek.

We ended up with 19 stripers & 5 cats.
