Default Fishing with Uncle Remus 05/10/21

Spent most our day in Torrance Branch catching very little. Moved to Beaver Dam creek and got a few crappie to add to the live well. Moved again to go look for perch and found 13 that wanted a ride across York county to my house. We can do favors we told them. We fooled around and ended up with 3 catfish, 10 crappie and 13 perch to give to Mrs. Sandy and her sister. No! Fishfinder8 there are no pictures to add to this little report. Just letting everyone know that some crappie are still biting, we threw 10 or more back being to short for this ride and the catfish were hungry as well. Threw 4 or so back with bellies bulging with eggs. Uncle Remus had the biggest cat about 10 pounds. Spent a great day with the uncle driving his butt all over the lake so he could fish but it was a pleasure being out there with his. I had him doing a Indian war cry when fishing for the perch. You all know the beat and words to Ho yo! Ho Yo! Ho yo! He even did a little jig with it too! The sun must have got to us for him to do that! Thanks Uncle Remus for taking the Dawgg fishing again! And as Slimmey says! You can't beat that!

He come close to jerking the chain a little but I managed to get him calmed down and let him catch a fish. I surrendered and took over the helm and got out of his way. Uncle Remus was happy then. I'm glad he took me out there for a while, that porch is getting old laying there all day!

Glad y'all got out and found a few willing to ride home with ya.
Good report. Hopefully I can get out this weekend. Mama's back is still out so we will have to see how she feels.
Say a prayer for her if y'all don't mind. Thank you in advance.

Glad I went to Norman, it would have been a tuff day competing with y’all. Had 16 over 10”. I’ve been seeing a lot of fish. Making them bite is another story. Caught a couple good ones at Wylie today. Name: IMG_3692.jpg

Hey Dawgg glad you got out and drive around the lake. Also the extra bringing fish home for yum yum is perfect.

Doug nice fish there. Hey is your new hot color working on Norman?
