Default Anyone going to South Point to launch?

Last time up there the road was a mess with the detour coming from Lake Wylie. I see a few of you'll are on the water and was thinking I better get out there next week if I can. Of course I will be fishing with my Uncle Remus from my momma's side of the family! I almost could hide my pontoon in one hole near Brett's house on the detour rd. Some insight would be appreciated if that's where some of you launch from. Thanks!

I put in yesterday there. Y’all better hurry. They about to move back out. The water temp was 78 this afternoon. I went grocery catching. Cleaned 20 crappie. 15 were females. Only 3 still had eggs. Those 3 were small suicide catches. The others were laid out. Caught a lot of males. They were mostly shorts. Had 4 3/4 lb of filets.
