The ramp at the end of the creek is fine, John c Landing is a major ramp for any big time bass tourney... it's Santee there's fish in all the creeks...
Does anyone know anything about the Taw Caw Creek Park? Looks like it has a decent boat ramp, but wandering what kind of depth it has. Has anyone ever caught fish there? Thanks

Sorry if I wasn't clear Stumpjumper, I'm talking about the park on the other side of the dike from the end of the creek. I want to say it's 36 acres or something like that.
Ok, its on average is about 6 to 8' deep, maybe a little more than that now. Sometimes you can catch fish in there, I've taken my Ranger in there before looking around.

There is a creek (ditch) that feeds into it that can be navigated by boat when the lake is up, which it is. So you can put the boat in on either side of the road and still get to the main lake or the back of the creek depending on which ramp you use. (Note: a pontoon would be a tight fit and not recommended)

Yea we were back there the other day in our 24' pontoon....lol...didn't want to try it. Thought about taking the small boat down one day to try the park area.
