We survived just fine just lots of rain. Our son and daughter in law have 3 trees on their home, one crushed their shed and trees fell on her new car. My daughter in law and 4 year old grandson hid in a closet when the tornado hit their house. But the most important thing is that they didn't get hurt! They live off Park road in Charlotte.

Whew! Glad they made it thru that tornado unharmed. Lots of strong winds out there today with all this saturation. I hope the damages stay to a minimum.
Health nuts are going to feel stupid someday, lying in hospitals dying of nothing.

Thats to close! Glad to hear they are OK. Crazy weather all day and high winds today. Be careful everyone and with the ground so wet watch for falling trees.

Glad everyone is okay! Going to be a tough time to recover from all this rain and wind damage. I only had about nine vehicles come into the center yesterday, I know I'll catch heck today! Anyone want to work for me today?

We had the normal flooding across the road, and raging rapids across our front yard, limbs down but no damage .
I have been pestering NCDOT about the pipe under the road, it's been crushed and rotten for years so the water runs over it. Some day one of the school buses will fall in and turn over then they'll fix it.
