I believe it with the eggs. This was yesterday

Got a late start yesterday after perch. Perch seemed to be moving around a lot. Really did not mark any big schools. However, at 2 spots did mark a lot of fish down about 15 to 25' in 30'. These looked like crappies since they were up in the water. We caught about 45 perch & 3 crappies. 2 of the crappies already had eggs in them.
Water was 52. Saw a lot of birds in Big A & little A but they were not diving.
Going back in the morning!

Thanks Mr. Charles! Maybe if you changed over to some blue attack trained minnows you might do better! LOL

Dawgg pays top dollar for crappie eggs!
Puts them on toast. And he uses them for shoe polish.

The way the weather is these crappies may hit the banks early this year. Water temp hasn't dipped that bad. I know we got February to go yet but if it's warm and they may just do it.
I know! Look at the forecast for Monday !

I got birds rooting around and looking at the bird house's now. I know it will ice over before the end of Feb. But I hope the eggs don't freeze in the house's like they have before. Nature is so confused with the weather every year. about this global warming stuff.
