This mold I have now is basically for night time and brush with a light jig head. I know it is cheaper to buy them and get perfection but sometimes when you do it yourself it feels like you accomplished something and you feel better about your own product. We'll see how long my hobby last! Hers's first batch playing around with some old left over plastic from the flap jack mold I have.

I would go but not into that mess. Few years back on one of the Spring Fest we fished close to that and I think everyone caught fish in the necks and in Beaver Dam Creek. Similar conditions with water color though! I'll be ready next week on my long break! Fellow told me today at Stumpy pond he caught 12 in the red mud on jigs close to the bottom tight lining this morning!

Awesome job. It was a nasty mess up north also. I’m doing good on minnows I just can’t find a jig I like to use. My favorite was a yellow and black flick tail. I doubt they even make them anymore. lol.
