new to Wylie . Fish there today, first time on lake only caught white perch I was in Big Alston. Where is the dam? Could not find any crappie, thank you.
MCC, follow the flow of the river you'll find it! Crappie are in BA but you need to look for them either on brush or finding them heading to the channels with the water temps dropping. If you know where some brush piles are. Then I would hit them with jigs or minnows with a split shot. You didn't mention what way you were fishing. We were tight lining 1 oz. lead on end of line with hook about 18 inches above the lead at .3 to .5 mph, one or two cranks off the bottom. . Hope you can locate them. Just keep going and look anywhere from 25 to 40 foot. Good luck
Was it you i talked to at the ramp?
New livescope?
