The black crappie is the most cunning of the fishes.

He hides from the cleansing rays of the sun, afraid it could reveal his treachery and deceitful nature.

Seeking out brush or shadowy docks, he waits, waits, waits for darkness to envelop the earth. Then he slithers out , like the serpent of Eden.
Under Earth's shadow, he traverses the impervious bottom, seeking his prey.
But a mysterious jade light has caught his gaze. Fixated upon it, he navigates closer.
Soon, the green lights brilliance is overwhelming.

A single, luminous, hand tied jig drops down, slowly garnering his attention.

"An easy meal!
Attack!

Soon he is in the cooler, victim of a supreme predator... the Nightstalker.
