Size: 259.3 KBso I burned a vacation day and went with him. He is excited because he has a new boat, trolling motor, side scan everything and its learning time ! So we got out early this morning and from 7 til 8 we messed around with new gadgets lol. Finally got lines in a little after 8. Water temp 59-61 today ... Pushing jigs. Caught 10 with most being 12-14"... caught some in 20 ft of water suspended and even caught a few shooting docks in 5 feet soooo they are everywhere ... just a blessing to be in the Greenwood!

You and your dad did great and I'm glad you'll got the new stuff figured out in time to fish but I would have had to use a sick day instead of vacation. Vacation days are hard to get for me. Question??? Do you need camo gear to sneak up on crappie? Great report Wylie thanks a lot!

Haha! Funny you ask about the camo. You see, every time I burn a day to go fishin that's one less day to hunt in the fall so. I gotta wear my camo in case I don't wear it as much later in the year lol !!!

It's not the numbers or the size, it's the time spent on the water!

Way to get those priorities right & be a good son! Sounds like a great day!

Hey, when the fish are shallow you better believe what you’re wearing makes a difference!

A fine time shared with your dad. Top it off with a good catch and a memory has been made.
