    Anyone in here go to Talquin much? Thinking about going
    Feb 16-18. Never been , but seeing some reports that its producing
    well right now. Any insight from recent trips ?

    you might PM drill instructor I think that one of the lakes they've fished in CM's tourneys but I'm not sure. some of them boy on the GA, board could help you too.
    If you don't get hung every-once-n-a-while you ain't jigg'n it right..:D

    Reserved a cabin at Lake Talquin Lodge 2/16-18. Looks like im all in. HOpe the rain is done by then.

    They should be biting pretty good. Talk with the guys on the Ga boards. I think they'll help put you on some fish. Theyre fishing there now.

    I have been there 3 times and I have enjoyed all of the trips. The lake is real stumpy so take a lot of jigs. Most people use lightwire hooks as it can get frustrating. Everytime we have been there we have long lined. Not much but I hope this helps.

    Call Kenneth Hobbs at lite wire hooks. He guides there and I think he has a small home or camper that he stays in when he guides
