Your video was very informative and quite well done. I would also give you much credit for the way you provide follow up and feedback when questions or clarifications are requested by other posters.
IMO: This is exactly the type of thorough contribution, interaction and discussion that makes our CDC forum such an awesome and valued resource and not just another noisy and useless social media platform.
Very well done and please keep it coming.

Have been looking at a garmin livesope but if the hb hilix will show fish that good may rethink.
You will see individual fish under docks. It’s not as easy to clearly make out as a cloud of crappie as you see in this video. The unit in the video is just the 1st gen Helix 10. I have no experience with the live scope, one downfall I see right now with the Garmin is the transducer has to be pointed at what you want to look at and it is not easy to mount. Thanks for the feedback!

Means a lot thank you! That’s what I created the channel for. I definitely have more videos planned.

I called Ed today with Southern Crappie, the pole is a medium light. He is sold out at the moment. If I get one it might be a 6' because of shipping. I bought some spider poles from him last year. I enjoy talking to him on the phone, he relaxes me from the stress of the day. I think I could talk to him longer if I could.

Very interesting video, Thanks for posting. I think doing that would be tuff with a 22' pontoon. Boat positioning isn't easy on a toon

Yeah he is a super good guy. He is a fellow you can trust when buying from.

Can’t say I have tried it from a pontoon! Lol but I would be willing to give it a shot!
