Adding a picture in a PM

I can attach a picture in a post or thread but when I try to add a picture to a PM I can't get it done. Is it just my iPad or is the PM different for everyone?

Mine says add from URL and doesn’t give any other options

Seems I read that you have to jump through hoops to post to a PM. I tried and couldn't, so I did a search and I think Slab went through how you do it.
Course my memory is shot so I may be off base.

I have 4 options. Image is one option, but doesn’t seem to work for me.
I choose image but it doesn’t give me the option to choose an image.

to post a picture in your PM, all you have to do is go the Miscellaneous Forums , then go to the Testing Area and post your picture there !!!! once your picture is posted in the Testing Area all you have to do is a copy & paste ; copy your picture and paste it into your PM !!!! hope this helps !!!!
