We have a great population of white perch on Clarks Hill, and I've spent a good amount of time finding and catching them. But they can be extremely hard to spot at time on the graph. Many times after finding them on an earlier trip, I've returned to the same area and seen little to nothing...maybe a couple of small "bumps" along the bottom. But when I dropped a minnow or spoon, the bite was immediate. After catching a couple, the graph is often "lit up" with a cloud of them. They were nearly invisible before the first couple bit and got the school active. So my advice would be to try a few areas with small minnows, whether you see much or not. Perch are typically pretty aggressive, and you'll know if they are there quickly. Good luck!
