Took a buddy out trolling yesterday on Wylie. Deployed the spread around 5:45. Ran over the first brush pile and immediately had two knockdowns. Went 1 for 2 with an 11" crappie. The sonar was lit up on that pile. We drug over another pile and another knock down that came unbuttoned. As we turned to come back a t-storm blew up on us so we picked up and ran into LA. Managed a small channel cat and a bass but switched over to perch rods to catch bait for catfishing this weekend. Very soft bite for perch, so we switched from jigs to circle hooks and minnows. Caught about 10 for the pan and 3 or 4 for bait. Wish we could've stayed at our first spot, but can't fight mother nature. Pictures to come later.
