Don, if you were a PC I'd say shut down and restart. Not an option I guess. Maybe time to go to Scripps or mayo clinic they'll take you apart and find the problem

Grady I will go if you foot the bill. I don't have your kinda money. I am going to start wearing a motorcycle helmet and a pillow on my stomach to keep from getting hurt when I fall. The cardiologist at Lexington medical center has no idea what is causing the problem.

This may not in anyway be your problem but having heart disease for years and experiencing some of the same angina and fatigue you mentioned l would ask doc to do echo to see if heart is pumping enough blood and ask about smaller veins in the heart possible blockages as this is more common with age and called hardening of the arteries.
There are meds that will help open up smaller veins in the heart.
These meds have helped me along with my heart disease.
    Hope you get well soon.

Just had the heart cath and everything was fine. The random falling is what I want cured. That is what is the most annoying to put up with. I never know when it will happen and one of these days I am going to break something. I have only had to go to the emergency room one time when I fell face first into a drive thru curb. That hurt. I can live with the heart failure and everything else that goes with it but the falling I want to stop.

Prayers sent to you brother.I have had a lot of heart problems and was falling just like you. Also had some pretty serious chest pains couple days a week. The nitro was not helping much. They gave me a med called isosorbide Mononitrate for angina and it helped but it also stopped the falling and weak dizzy spells. The med is taken daily and expands the blood vessels so heart can pump easier and blood flows easier. You may ask your dr about it.It helped me and may help you.I take one every morning and still carry the nitro with me but have not had to take the nitro for a while now.Have not had a fall since taking it.
