    olive oil mixed with garlic powder onion powder chili powder and rubbed on the fish, lay them on tin foil, ( apparently the wife doesnt measure she just eyeballs it) place in smoker and smoke fir 30 minutes at 220 degrees, i like to dip mine in a little cocktail sauce once in the plate , i also use mesquite chips in the smoker for fish
