Ray you fillet that fish like a chicken. I usually leave most of the bones on the fish. Linda and I aren't into picking bones out of dinner

Grady, that was a friend's fish 🐟, but I would have filleted the same way. Big Stripers can be a strong tasting fish if you don't take off the skin and bloodline in the fillet. Or were you talking about the shad?

Ray, it looks like he cut the fish in half going down Tre back bone like a half chicken. When I do Stripers I fillet them ,remove the skin and cut the blood line out. Often I'll cube it for frying. Everybodies style is right for them

He usually does it as you describe. I'll have to ask him why he did that.
