    Default Wateree 11-16-17

Back after stripers this morning using shad. Put in at Colonels creek & ran out to the main channel. We were in 25 to 35'. Most of our bites came on down rods set at 20'. Missed a too many fish for some reason. They would stay on for a while then come off. On well, at least they were biting. Did see some birds diving on bait, so we ran over there a caught a couple on live shad.

We ended up keeping 10 stripers & 7 cats.

I always wonder if it's small, too big bait size or something else.
I gotta get my act together and get myself down there again
