Thread: Wylie 9-4-17

Got out early to beat all the boat traffic. Too many boats by 11 AM. We caught 10 channel cats & 1 flathead(18 lbs) by dragging cut bait on the bottom in 25 to 35'. Also, we caught about 12 perch for bait & 2 bass. Put in behind Catawba Nuclear Station & tried some new places up on the main channel across from Beaverdam creek.

Did not mark the big bait ball I saw sat.

Keep at it Mr. Charles! Great you were out there fishing. I may get my chance this week to wet a hook or two. Thanks for the report!
