Wow! Not too sur3e what all that jibberish in the post is....but it's still readable.
Put the boat in the water at daylight and found it to be just a perfect morning for fishing. Little to no winds, the sun beginning to peak out at daylight...

...then disappearing for the remainder of the morning. And...the fish was biting great too. Lots of singles, doubles, and triples, AND a lot of tangles too. Cant complain though as that is always a part of a good morrning of longlining.

Fished about an hour and had 7 good fish in the 'well and 23 fish thrown back (total caught so far = 30 crappie).

With that said....things got pretty busy. Lines pulled in every direction and poles a bending. Didn't take time for photos until a BIG tangle happened and I trolled off the fish and re-tied everything. Here's the count at 8:50AM...total 70 crappie caught with 14 of 'em in the livewell...

The fish swere biting so good I just had to re-pull that same track for the third time. Camera was closeby and Wasn't too many rods bending so I snapped a quick pic of a keeper fish..

At 10AM....total caught was 90 crappie with 20 good fish in the box...

Guys, for today anyway, I found the honey hole and aint telling where! HA! Don't think it will last long with the temps at where they are now but gonna take advantage of it again if I get a chance. Most fish caught in water 9' - 12' deep.

Called it a day @t 10:30AM. Like already said, was a "perfect" morning and I don't expect this every day out the gate but certainly a memorable morning fishing. With fish in the box to clean and a garden to work a bit this afternoon I didn't want to spend all day on the lake. I might get another chance in the morning to fish...who knows right now though!

Here's final tally of the day...78 crappie thrown back and 22 to bring home = 100 crappies caught.

Here's the livewell shot for today...

It's HTML. Looks like you may have copied it from an HTML editor. dono, but all that extra code is HTML. HTML is what browsers read. It'a what all web pages are made of. But posting actual code in a forum's message box does not look good cause it ignores the code and posts it straight up. No big deal, still readable like you say.
prefers shiners, gabowman thanked you for this post

Very nice catch Butch? I thought all that extra stuff in the post was some kind of secret code you and K
Brett had going on and you were telling the colors used and such. Thanks for sharing
HEY,,WATCH THAT YELLOW ROD
Man you killing me with that many crappies to be caught. If Wylie had that many in one cove, the river would be muddy with all of them swimming in one hole. Great catching Mr. Butch, thanks for the jealousy!
If Wylie had some crappies, Brett would be your competition.
