That seems to be the way it goes when the wife goes along, same thing in my boat, I'm the net/bait/dehook/detangle boy
Thanks for the report
My sweet wife and I put in at Shaw landing at 4:00pm and headed to BC. We long lined until just before sunset and got a couple of keepers. Then fired up the Thermacells and anchored under the bridge. Dropped the green lights and Evelyn proceeded to school me, "Net Boy" on the fine art of CATCHING. She caught 9 to my 2!!! Awesome time with her having so much fun. Guess I'm a pretty good Crappie Guide after all!!
May the Lord bless you and keep you.
May the Lord make his face to shine upon you, and be gracious to you.
May the Lord lift up his countenance upon you, and give you peace.

Glad you found a good spot to set up. Your wife is truly a crappie catching lady. Hope she'll do the same up here when you'll come to the Wylie crappie fest! Thanks for the report and picture.
Good going Scott and missus. Glad the you all got out and caught a few. That will make a good meal. Thanks for sharing
00buck, It is a preference on the lights. Some like white lights and others green. I have both on my pontoon and both work good. I at one time didn't like the green lights but after trying them I bought a 4ft. hydro glow and everyone that uses it likes the results. Green works better sometimes and then again sometimes they don't.
Great going Scott, glad to see you got some
