Sure hope you make it. I actually paired up a couple guys from CDC to go this year. Just 2 guys they rented a smaller unit at the resort.
They PMed me back and forth to set it up.
Just wish I could go!
I hoipe nothing changes in the next couple of years. I'll be retired by then and seriously considering WHEN I'll be heading there.

Mark 1:17 ...I will make you fishers of men
I made reservations at Roland Martin Marina this morning. We will head down from S.C. on 3/26 and plan to fish Friday/Sat, then head back on Sunday. I will be sure to share the results (good or bad).. lol.
My crew is leaving on 27th. They spend Friday night at hotel on way, then go in Saturday and get things squared away so they are fishing 1st thing Sunday.
Buy your license on line before you go or you'll spend 60-90 minutes in line at Walmart getting it done.

Thanks for the tip! I will be sure to get it online.

Yall run into many bass from Holiday Park launch? If so, how far do you normally go from the park? See many bass fisherman?
Most of the bass guys fish the lake.We run about 4-5 miles only to escape the tourist airboat traffic. We see just a few bass fisherman in the canals. However, the parking lot at Holiday looks like the World's Largest Bass Tournament each evening.
You might ask Brandon (SNAP HUNTER) .He was down when we went a couple years ago and he bass fished a good bit.(Ask him if he caught any Oscar LOL)
Crappie are good earlier like Jan-March. Never tried them.
