I am not familiar with bates bridge. We always out in at Packs or Sprarkleberry Landing or even Lowfall. That is a new one on me, where is it, can't be closer than Packs or Sparkleberry??

All that new work they did on the landing at 601 bridge got washed away in the flood, dock and everything. I understand they have no money at present to repair. It is a heck of a lot closer to put in at Sparkelberry or Packs and only a handful of folks know how to run from Broadwater to Sparkelberry. You put a bunch of newbies in there and they'll still be looking for them next Christmas.

Ill pass on Bates bridge as well. Packs, Low falls or sparkleberry (preferably) would be good and not a 30-40 minute boat ride down the river and up broadwater and I guess your talking about Broughtons mound near the creek down into the top of the swamp. Not to mention wondering if your truck will be in one piece when you get back to the 601 landing. We have had batteries stolen, windows broken and all sorts of things missing that might just be sitting in the back of the truck bed.
