    Default Clarks hill question

Was gonna try the hill this weekend coming. Does anyone know if the boat ramp at 378 in SC little river is usable. Also where is a good place to put in to fish big Hart and Germany creeks, I have never fished that side and feel lime seeing something different. Thanks for any help.

I've fished both, Hart and Germany. I usually go down I-20 to Thompson Georgia get off on road 78, go a few miles turn right onto 43. Go across bridge over lake, nice public ramp on right.

The Lake is real low, some ramps high and dry.

Don(Sinkermaker) and I put in a few days ago at Dorn, which is down a ways from the 378 ramp. We went by it and I looked at it to see if I could use it. My boat is not real big or heavy. Water is down a good bit but I think I could get in and out OK. There is one in the old Bobby Boyd park just up from 378 but I didn't get to see what it looked like.

What l have noticed SC and Georgia sides of the lake is boat ramps back in the creeks where water is shallower are out of water but other ramps ok.
It's not the numbers or the size, it's the time spent on the water!

The ramp at the 378 bridge at the SC Little River is a long ramp, I used it back when the lake was 20' or so down under flood level. The walk back to the truck was a hike!
